If you are an existing customer in need of support, please use one of the following 3 methods to contact us:

  1.  Online Portal – We encourage every customer to establish portal access.  One of the many benefits of the portal is the Ticketing process.  Whether you are experiencing issues, or just have a question about your account, feel free to open a ticket.  For instructions on establishing portal access, please click here.
  2. Email Us – Send Email to support@alsatwireless.com.  PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL SUPPORT ISSUES TO ANY OTHER ADDRESS.
  3. Call Us- Call us at 573-564-2031.  Our office hours are M-F 8am to 4:30 pm.  Please leave us a voice mail if no one answers.  This voice mail is monitored throughout the day and evening.

IMPORTANT:  If you need to contact us regarding a support issue, please use one of the 3 methods listed above.  We ask that you not call/text our personal phones, or email other address that we have if it is a support issue.  We like hearing from you, and encourage you to contact us when needed.  However, we cannot guarantee a timely resolution to any issue you may be having if you choose to inform us in a non supported way.
